"Now in this day of the Internet, there are new and exciting ways you can do missionary work. You can invite friends and neighbors to visit the new mormon.org Website. ... Elder Russell M. Nelson

The New Pass-Along Card

"We are thrilled to introduce these new, versatile pass-along cards to help you share the gospel. A scan of the QR codes will give your friends instant access to specific topics on Mormon.org. You can use the space at the top to write personal messages or share your Mormon.org profile address. We encourage you to be as creative as you wish in using these new cards."

Elder Jeffrey R. Holland

What is a QR code (short for quick response code) is a two-dimensional barcode that, when scanned from a camera-enabled cell phone, provides instant access to digital content. Follow these simple steps to set up your device to read QR codes:

1) Search for QR-code reader apps in the app store for your camera-enabled cell phone. Free apps are usually available.

2) Install your selected app to your phone and open the app.

3) Scan the QR code. When the code is read by the app, the web page will launch on your device connected to the Internet. It's that easy!!

Helping in "The Vineyard"

What is helping in the vineyard?

Helping In The Vineyard provides service Activities that can be completed in minutes. Participants from around the world spend as much or as little time as they like completing the activities online. As a result of the thousands of acts of service, the Church is able to publish and share more resources worldwide.

How can you help?
Complete your first service activity today! Click Sign In, then choose an activity.
Want to learn more about the site and how you can help? Find out How It Works

The Vineyard connects members and friends of the LDS Church with volunteer service opportunities online to help further the work of the Church.
How it Works:
Church departments identify project work that can be completed by volunteers. The work is divided into small pieces and posted online. Volunteers then log on and choose opportunities that match their skills and interest. They can spend as much or as little time as they like completing the online service activities. The completed activities are sent back to the Church departments, checked for accuracy, then incorporated together to complete the original project.
