Logandale Nevada Stake Technology Conference
The Logandale Nevada Stake of the
Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
is holding its first technology conference.
All members of the stake age 14 & up are invited to attend, and
encouraged to bring their personal mobile devices
(laptops, tablets, smartphones, etc.) to use at this conference.

The Ties That Bind
Though life has taught us all to prize both lover's knots and friendship ties,
Today my heart it's homage brings to honor women's apron strings.
It's more than half a yard in length the uncompromised ties of strength,
That bind us to the good and true with covenants old and covenants new.
Our ideals stitched in all the seams, the fabric of our hopes and dreams.
And thus the faith that sanctifies into our life all human ties,
Is threaded on the love that clings to women's binding apron strings.
To the women of the Logandale Nevada Stake.
You are women of God, women of virtue and love.
May you have the vision to see your divine destiny.
And may we always be tied together with the common
purposes of Faith, Family, and Relief.

Women's Conference Program
Service is one of the cornerstones of the Relief Society.
For services rendered so unselfishly we offer our thanks and congratulations

Women's Conference 2013
Special Guest Presentation by: Heartbound Music
Singers, songwriters, motivational
speakers, Lori Hales, Debbie Bastian, and Me'Chel Musgrave comprise the trio,
Heartbound. Their original songs and soothing
harmonies have delighted audiences throughout the United States.
Heartbound has performed across
America for various events such as; Carnival Cruise, World Senior Games, and
many concerts, conventions, and motivational programs. They’ve also performed for the First
Presidency, Temple Square Concerts, Education Weeks, and EFY and have combined their talents and
recorded with internationally renowned pianist, Marvin Goldstein.
They have been singing together for
more than 28 years. As best friends they
found that singing together consumes fewer calories than going to lunch
regularly. Between them they have been married for a combined 98 years, have
mothered 13 children, 10 adorable grandchildren and enjoy the support of their
terrific families. Like you, they live
in the real world and experience the ups and downs of everyday life.
The
group writes their own lyrics and composes their own music bringing their
unique brand of humor, hope, and peace. They have produced 9 CD’s and 2
songbooks which contain original songs written from their life
experiences.
Heartbound’s mission statement reads…"Reaching
out with music to speak to the soul, give hope to the heart and spread joy for
the journey." Their sincere desire
is to share their testimonies of Christ and offer hope and encouragement to all
who journey through this life.
